Furthermore, Global HealthCare Partners understand the importance of continuity of care, therefore we provide the DON and facility administrator access to all EHR documentation pertaining to their patients. In addition, facilities are provided with quarterly reports summarizing total patients seen for a given period as well diagnosis identification and trends.

The founders and staff at Global Healthcare Partners understand that we must not only provide patients in skilled nursing and assisted living facilities with the highest quality treatment, this treatment must also be delivered following strict protocols and guidelines. Therefore our physicians are available to provide in servicing to staff members on subjects such as infection control, proper documentation, and current treatment modalities.
